Refund Policy

This policy explains how deposits, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work at Beauty by Shaz Salon & Spa. It applies to all salon services, including hair, makeup, bridal services, facials, waxing, threading, nails, lashes and other beauty services.

Deposits

• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The amount is confirmed when you book.
• Deposits are applied toward the final balance of your service.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-shows forfeit their deposit, and a new deposit may be required to book another appointment.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, and the deposit rules above may apply.

Prices, tax and payment

• All listed prices are before applicable sales tax.
• Cash payments: no additional tax is charged.
• Card and Zelle payments: applicable sales tax is added to the service total.
• Listed prices are starting prices and may vary with hair length, thickness, service requirements and design complexity. Please ask about the final price before your service.

If you are not happy with your service

Every service is personalized and completed at the salon, so completed services are generally not refundable. Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not right, please tell us before you leave the salon or contact us as soon as possible. We will review each concern individually and, where appropriate, work with you to correct it.

Approved refunds

Any refund we approve is returned using the original payment method where possible.
