Welcome to Beauty by Shaz Salon & Spa. By using our website, booking an appointment or visiting the salon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Appointments

• Appointments are highly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
• For bridal and large group bookings, please book well in advance.
• Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Pricing and payment

• Prices shown on our website and booking form are starting prices. They may vary with hair length, thickness, service requirements and design complexity, and may change without notice.
• All listed prices are before applicable sales tax. Cash payments have no additional tax. Card and Zelle payments have applicable sales tax added.
• Bridal party packages: 4 to 6 people receive 10% off and 7 or more people receive 15% off. Special group pricing is available for 10 or more people. Package pricing varies with group size, event location and the time required, and we are happy to provide a personalized quote.
• Please ask about the final price before your service begins.

Your health, allergies and sensitivities

Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, medications or special requests before your service. We may modify or decline a service if we believe it is not safe for you. You are responsible for giving us accurate information.

Online booking

Our online booking form is provided through third-party booking software. Appointment requests are not guaranteed until we confirm them. We may contact you by email, phone or text message about your booking. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
